Recoverion publishes educational content about addiction treatment and insurance coverage. These terms explain the basis on which that content is provided and what it does not replace. Please read them before relying on anything published here.

Recoverion exists to help veterans, active-duty service members, military retirees, and military families in San Antonio understand addiction treatment and the insurance coverage available to them. All content is published for general educational and informational purposes.
Using Recoverion does not create any professional, clinical, or advisory relationship between the reader and Recoverion, its operators, or its contributors. Access to the content does not constitute a consultation, an assessment, or a recommendation for any individual.

02 Medical disclaimer
Nothing on Recoverion is medical advice. Content covering addiction, mental health, detox processes, levels of care, or treatment options is written for general understanding only. It does not account for your personal health history, current medications, co-occurring conditions, or any other clinical factor that a qualified professional would need to evaluate.

03 No provider relationship
Recoverion is not a treatment provider, a rehabilitation center, an insurer, a government agency, or a broker of any kind. Reading content on Recoverion, using the tools, or submitting a contact form does not initiate any treatment, enroll you in any program, or bind any party to any obligation.

Future commercial arrangements
Recoverion may in future enter a disclosed commercial arrangement with a licensed, certified treatment center on a flat-fee basis. Any such arrangement will be clearly identified on every relevant page. Editorial content is kept editorially independent from any commercial arrangement. No payment is or will be accepted in exchange for patient referrals or admissions.
04 Verify with official sources
Coverage rules, benefit eligibility, and treatment availability change. Content on Recoverion is written to reflect the best available information at the time of publication and is reviewed on a regular basis. However, Recoverion cannot guarantee that every detail remains current at the moment you read it.
Before making any decision based on coverage or benefit information, confirm the specifics directly with the relevant authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of Recoverion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

Recoverion may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations, applicable law, or site structure. The most current version will always be available at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of Recoverion after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
